Yum Yum Yum What better way to end a busy week than having a roast. I have never cooked a roast pork before and it was surprisingly easy. I even managed to make crackling successfully and get my potatoes crispy.
I even went the extra mile and made some stewed apples to go with it, and of course I stirred up the pig fat and made a delicious gravy. I swear that tomorrow I will be a good girl and eat healthy again but tonight I feast!
Right I better head off to do some push ups now..
